Top Sydney hotel selects SugarCRM solutions to supercharge operations

SugarCRM, provider of the AI-driven CRM platform, has announced that The Hills Lodge Grand Mercure, part of the world-leading Accor Hotel Group, has selected Sugar to supercharge its sales, marketing and end-to-end guest experiences.

The Hills Lodge Grand Mercure is an upscale boutique hotel located in the heart of Sydney’s Hills Region

The hotel will leverage Sugar Sell to uncover more leads and convert them into bookings; Sugar Market to engage authentically with customers through personalised marketing campaigns and Sugar Connect, which syncs email to Sugar data, delivering context-rich information for teams to engage with prospects and customers in real-time.

The combination of solutions will empower the hotel to achieve more targeted marketing and deeper relationships with guests, groups and corporate clients

Sugar will also help the hotel consolidate its tech stack to deliver a single source of truth and a 360-degree view of its hotel business and customer interactions.

Sugar executives, distribution partner Blue-chip and solutions partner Bhea all collaborated to support a successful implementation.
